This is second water block for the video card for me (previous one is for HD5870 also from EK) and I can say it looks great, build quality is great, contact on the GPU is superb and it performs great too.

Idle with room temp of about 24°C is around 31°C (this is with CPU/GPU in single loop) when I connect 1 monitor and 33°C when I connect 4 monitors (difference between 1 and 4 monitor is because for some reason the video card does not throttle all the way down with 4 monitors connected). Great block! Keep the gpu under 39°c with my water setup after two hours of BF3 without the terrific stock blower. Thanks EK to be the quicker to release such a good 7970 block! (Posted on 1/17/12)
