The silicone-free thermal compound contains Aluminum oxide. Compared to the Arctic silver compound this compound contains no silver and is under no circumstances electrically conductive (not even under high pressures). The heat conductance value is almost on the level of the silver compound and that at a much cheaper price. The operating temperature range is from -40°C up to +140°C.
The thermal compound is shipped in easy-to use syringes. The content is 2,4g. Please use only a very thin layer of the compound to achieve the best results. According to the manufacturer the compound requires at least 12 to 25 hrs to reach its best heat conductivity.
